Dad’s Cars – ’61 MGA

My dad's '61 MG that I've been working on for the past couple of years. It sat in my dad's garage for 25 years before I pulled it to PA. Some minor engine fixes got it running, but it's taken a lot of work and many breakdowns to work out all the bugs. The longest trip I've ever taken in the '61 MG without breaking down - 34 miles roundtrip from my house to the Philip Bongiorno Conference Center and back.

Description: Eventually this album will show the progress of the MG's restoration. This was my dad's car for 25 years. With his health failing I am the one in the family chosen to facilitate this part of my parents' possessions, which I do so with joy (mostly). Working on my dad's variety of old cars with him through the years was our main connecting point where we bonded.
